Delphi Energy entered into a restructuring agreement with its secured creditors, Luminus Energy IE Designated Activity Company, Concise Capital Management, LP and Stornoway Portfolio Management. Concurrent with the agreement, Delphi also entered into a capital investment agreement with Kiwetinohk Resources Corp. The agreement was brought before the court on July 10, 2020. Delphi’s assets are located in the Bigstone Area of Alberta.
